- Priming & Loading
- Always bleed air after cartridge or bulk loading
- Use the integrated air bleeder valve on top of the gun
- Pump until grease (not air) emerges, then re‑tighten bleeder
- Air Lock Issues
- If gun pumps with no grease output:
- Re‑bleed air using the bleeder valve
- Or loosen barrel slightly while pumping, then re‑tighten
- If gun pumps with no grease output:
- Pressure Lock Relief
- Integrated pressure relief system channels excess pressure back into the cartridge
- Prevents stuck couplers and hose bursts
- Use when fittings will not accept more grease
- Cleaning & Storage
- Wipe excess grease from nozzle and exterior after use

- Periodically check lever pivot, follower rod, and hose connections
- Tighten loose fittings with a wrench as needed

- Occasionally flush with penetrating oil and cycle thumb lever

- Keep barrel threads clean and lightly oiled
- Avoid cheater bars or excessive force on the lever
